How can I check a performer’s availability for my chosen date?
If you’re hoping to book a specific mix and mingle act for your event, contact our team directly so that we can check their availability for the date you need.
We recommend booking at least a few months ahead of schedule to have the best chance of booking a particular entertainer – though some of the most popular acts can be booked up a year in advance. If the walkabout performer you’re interested in is already booked for the date of your event, we’ll recommend the ideal alternatives based on your theme and style.
Do I have to book multiple mix and mingle acts, or can I book just one?
There is no pressure to book additional acts if what you’re looking for is a single roaming magician, or you need a dance troupe but have already got supporting music arranged.
If you are hosting a large event and need your walkabout acts to be the primary form of entertainment, we may advise booking additional performers to ensure no guest is left out. But, our purpose is to help produce your event exactly as you want it to be. So if you know you just want one act, then we’ll make sure that act is the very best choice for the job.
